What Remains . . .


I'm reasonably sure that this is the skeletonized seed pod of a Jimson Weed -- a type of wild datura.

.

Out in the pasture its elegant structure caught my eye.

Yes beautiful knitting of skeletal structure. Can put a crimp in your life expectancy if you indulge in its hallucinogenic properties.
