Makes me feel the crispness in the air and the slower sunrise. Thanks Vicki

So glad you can still enjoy pumpkins. It definitely feels like fall and I haven't heard the katydids for a few nights now. So many of our trees are shedding brown leaves and it is very dry. We're hoping we have no fires.

I think autumn is my favorite season. I love the change in the air and the hint of things shutting down until spring. I love all the glowing colors. Somehow it's a cozy season.

Vicki, when I visited the Union Square farmer's market today with a friend, we noticed that tomatoes were still being sold, but I admit that I decided to focus on the apples, and the autmn crops that are looking so wonderful. Part of the fun of this market is receiving more evidence of our seasonal variety.

Thank you so much for your kind words about my new phone's camera. I'm still playing with it, but agree that it's fun to test. Perhaps I will even test out the video functions. xo

Oh good you are to not blame the pumpkins! Oh I hope you feel better every day - stronger, less pain. xo
